Beer-marinated pork chop

Prepared in a beer marinade, this pork chop will entice with its exceptional aroma and tenderness, satisfying any grilling enthusiast!


  • Brown sugar – a pinch
  • Onion – 2 pieces
  • Black pepper – a pinch
  • Mustard – 3 tablespoons
  • Pork loin – 700 g
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Beer – 200 ml


Finely chop the onions. Mix with beer, mustard, salt, and pepper, seasoning with a small amount of sugar to taste. Rinse the pork chop, pat dry, transfer to the marinade, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Remove the marinated meat, drain, and grill on a preheated grill for about 15 minutes on each side, basting frequently with the remaining marinade.
