Pasta with Grilled Chicken

  • chicken breast fillet, 300 g
  • garlic powder, 1 teaspoon
  • dried oregano, 1 teaspoon
  • sweet paprika, 1/2 teaspoon
  • cumin, 1/3 teaspoon
  • chili, pinch
  • olive oil, 2 tablespoons
  • pasta, 150 g
  • onion (half), 1/2
  • broth, 40 ml
  • cream, 125 ml
  • grated yellow cheese, 30 g
  • chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon


Slice the chicken lengthwise into 2 thinner fillets and pound them to an even thickness. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, cumin, and chili. Rub with olive oil and set aside to marinate if you have time.

Boil salted water for the pasta and cook until al dente.

Grill the fillets on a grill pan or regular pan (about 3-4 minutes on each side). Set aside on a plate.

In the same pan, add diced onion and sauté until translucent.

Pour in the broth and cook for about 2 minutes. If you used a grill pan, transfer the contents to another large pan with a smooth bottom.

Bring the cream to a boil, then add the drained pasta. Sprinkle with chopped chicken and gently mix.

Top with grated cheese and parsley. Remove from heat and serve.
