Paprika sausage boats

Paprika boats filled with cream cheese spread and served with sausages wrapped in bacon slices offer an original idea for the grill.


  • Smoked bacon – 300 g
  • Spring onions – 2 pieces
  • Red bell pepper – 4 pieces
  • Hot paprika powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Mixed peppercorns – 1 teaspoon
  • Sea salt – a pinch
  • Cream cheese – 200 g
  • Pepper sausages – 400 g


Cut the bell peppers lengthwise into three parts, remove the seeds, and rinse. Finely chop the spring onions, mix with cream cheese, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread about 1 heaping teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each piece of bell pepper.

Grill the sausages on a hot grill for about 4-6 minutes on each side. Let them cool slightly, then place each sausage on a piece of bell pepper. Wrap the whole thing in bacon slices and grill on a hot grill for about 6 minutes on each side.
