Salmon Tartare with Avocado

An elegant treat that you can proudly serve at the table.


  • Salmon fillet 600g
  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Soy sauce 40ml
  • Olive oil 40ml
  • Horseradish 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Onion 1.5 pieces
  • Salt


  1. Fillet the salmon and remove the skin. Use tweezers to remove any possible bones.
  2. Finely chop the fish and transfer it to a bowl.
  3. Peel and finely dice the onion. Add it to the salmon.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, horseradish, olive oil, and salt. Pour the mixture over the fish and onion, and mix well.
  5. Season the tartare with salt to taste.
  6. Peel and dice the avocado into small cubes, then sprinkle with juice from half a lemon to prevent discoloration.
  7. Using a mold, arrange the tartare on a plate, gently press it down, layer with avocado on top, and garnish with sprouts.
