Ingredients
- Salmon fillet 600g
- Avocado 1 piece
- Soy sauce 40ml
- Olive oil 40ml
- Horseradish 1 teaspoon
- Lemon 1 piece
- Onion 1.5 pieces
- Salt
Preparation
- Fillet the salmon and remove the skin. Use tweezers to remove any possible bones.
- Finely chop the fish and transfer it to a bowl.
- Peel and finely dice the onion. Add it to the salmon.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, horseradish, olive oil, and salt. Pour the mixture over the fish and onion, and mix well.
- Season the tartare with salt to taste.
- Peel and dice the avocado into small cubes, then sprinkle with juice from half a lemon to prevent discoloration.
- Using a mold, arrange the tartare on a plate, gently press it down, layer with avocado on top, and garnish with sprouts.
