Beef Tartare

Try out this quick and easy recipe for a perfect tartare!

Ingredients

  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Egg – 4 pcs
  • Capers – 1 tbsp
  • Pickled cucumber – 1 pc
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Wild mushrooms – 100 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Shallot – 1 pc
  • Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp
  • Beef tartare – 200 g

Preparation

Finely chop the shallot, mushrooms, cucumber, and capers into small cubes. Mix the meat in a bowl with salt, pepper, sauce, and olive oil. Form portions, arrange them on chilled plates, and place an egg yolk on each. Serve the chopped accompaniments separately in bowls according to preference.
