Beef tartare has long been a staple at gatherings and intimate gatherings. It’s one of the most popular appetizers, simple to prepare.
Ingredients
- Beef tenderloin: 500 grams
- Egg yolks: 4 pieces
- Marinated porcini mushrooms: 200 grams
- Red onion: 2 pieces
- Pickled cucumbers: 200 grams
- Sarepska mustard: to taste
- Soup and dish seasoning
- Ground black pepper
- Olive oil
Preparation
Wash the beef tenderloin, remove any membranes, and finely chop or grind it in a mincer with small holes.
Peel and finely chop the onions, mushrooms, and cucumbers.
The tartare can be served on mixed additions or arranged separately on the plate. Serve the egg yolks separately in a glass or on top of the meat in a formed hollow.
Season the tartare to taste.
