Salmon Tartare with Avocado

A delicious salmon tartare with the addition of avocado. You simply must try this.


  • Salmon fillet: 600 g
  • Avocado: 1 piece
  • Soy sauce: 40 ml
  • Olive oil: 40 ml
  • Horseradish: 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon: 1 piece
  • Onion: 1.5 pieces
  • Salt


  1. Fillet the salmon and remove the skin. Use tweezers to remove any possible bones.
  2. Finely chop the fish and transfer it to a bowl.
  3. Peel and finely dice the onion. Add it to the salmon.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, horseradish, olive oil, and salt. Pour the mixture over the fish and onion, and mix well.
  5. Season the tartare with a bit more salt to taste.
  6. Peel and dice the avocado into small pieces. Sprinkle lemon juice over it to prevent discoloration.
  7. Using a mold, arrange the tartare on a plate, gently press it down, top with a layer of avocado, and garnish with sprouts.
