Tapas with Salchichon

Inspired by Spanish flavors, delicious tapas with unique salchichon sausage are a great idea for party snacks.


  • Zucchini – 0.3 pieces
  • Olive Oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Red Bell Pepper – 0.25 pieces
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Black Pepper – a pinch
  • Salchichon – 8 slices


Step 1: Fry the Zucchini Cut the zucchini into 8 sticks. Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the zucchini until golden brown, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2: Assemble the Tapas Wrap each fried zucchini stick with a slice of salchichon and secure it with a toothpick to prevent it from unfolding.

Step 3: Decorate the Dish Cut the red bell pepper into 8 similar-sized pieces. Thread each piece onto one of the toothpicks.
