- Breadcrumbs: 30 g

- Red tomato: 600 g
- Egg: 0.5
- Spaghetti: 200 g
- Fresh mint: 2 tablespoons
- Honey: 4 teaspoons
- Cucumber: 1
- Rapeseed oil: 4 tablespoons
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano: 1 pinch
- Tomato paste: 50 g
- Celery: 125 g
- Water: 1 liter
- Ground pork: 320 g
- Salad mix: 200 g
- Garlic clove: 1
Preparation
Meatballs:
- In a pan, sauté the onion in oil until translucent. Set aside to cool.
- Mix the minced meat, sautéed onion, breadcrumbs, and egg thoroughly, then form into meatballs.
- Heat oil in a skillet, then fry the meatballs until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, lightly brown the minced garlic in oil, then add diced tomatoes, grated celery, and tomato paste. Season with herbs to taste. Simmer for a while until the sauce thickens, then add the prepared meatballs and simmer on low heat for a while.
Spaghetti:
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
Salad:
- Mix the salad with thinly sliced cucumber, season with basil, and drizzle with olive oil.
How to Serve:
- Arrange nests of spaghetti on a plate, fill them with meatballs and sauce, and place the salad around them.
- Serve the dish with water infused with lemon, mint, and honey.
