Salmon Tartare with Vegetables

  • Smoked salmon 100g
  • Eggs 2 pieces
  • Chives 1/2 bunch
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
  • Parsley 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper, a pinch
  • Green cucumber 1 piece
  • Red bell pepper 1 slice


Boil the eggs until hard-boiled and let them cool. Dice the smoked salmon into small cubes. Do the same with the vegetables and eggs. Mix everything together, season with pepper, parsley, and lemon juice.
