Ingredients
- Chopped marinated mushrooms – 2 tablespoons
- Capers – 1 tablespoon
- Lemon – 1/2 piece
- Oil – 4 tablespoons
- Ground white pepper – to taste
- Arugula – 1 bunch
- Bread – 8 toasts
- Sour cream – 3 tablespoons
- Creamy horseradish – 4 tablespoons
- Salmon fillet – 300 g
- Smoked salmon – 100 g
- Vodka – 50 ml
- Onion – 1 piece
- Finely ground iodized sea salt – to taste
Preparation
Dice the salmon fillets into small cubes, add chopped shallots, capers, lemon juice, vodka, and rapeseed oil. Mix everything thoroughly, season to taste with salt and pepper, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Serve the tartare with arugula, toasts, and creamy horseradish.
