Beef Tartare with Pickled Cucumbers

Excellent beef tartare in a simple rendition. Nonetheless, it will capture the heart of every gourmet.


  • Beef – 200 g
  • Eggs – 2
  • Onion – 1
  • Pickled cucumbers
  • Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Universal seasoning (a few drops)


Finely mince the beef, season with spices, and mix thoroughly. Place in the refrigerator for an hour to let the flavors meld (covered with foil). Divide the meat into two portions, form each into a ball, place each on a plate, and make a hollow in the center where you gently place the egg yolk – I chose organic eggs from green-legged chickens. Arrange diced pickled cucumbers and onions around the tartare. Enjoy your meal!
