Ingredients
- Spring onion – 1 piece
- Grated horseradish – 1 teaspoon
- Fresh dill – 25 g
- Smoked salmon – 250 g
- Marinated mushrooms – 100 g
- Pickled cucumber – 1 piece
- Olive oil – 0.5 teaspoon
- Black pepper – 1 pinch
- Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
Preparation
Finely chop the salmon, cucumber, spring onion, and marinated mushrooms, then mix them together. Season with olive oil, horseradish, soy sauce, and black pepper.
Serve garnished with chopped dill.
