  • Salmon: 200 g
  • Eggs: 2 pieces
  • Onion: 1 piece
  • Pickled cucumbers: 4 pieces
  • Worcestershire sauce: a few drops
  • Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Iodized sea salt: to taste
  • Ground black pepper: to taste

Finely chop the salmon, season with spices, and mix well. Place in the refrigerator for an hour to allow the flavors to meld (be sure to cover it with foil to prevent drying out).

Form two balls from the chopped salmon, place each on a plate, and make a hollow in the center where you gently place the egg yolk. Around the tartare, arrange diced cucumbers and onion.
