Pork Chop in Beer Marinade

Prepared in a beer marinade, pork chop will tempt with its exceptional aroma and tenderness, pleasing any grilling enthusiast!

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar – 1 pinch
  • Onion – 2 pieces
  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Mustard – 3 tablespoons
  • Pork loin – 700 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Beer – 200 ml

Preparation

Finely chop the onions. Mix them with beer, mustard, salt, and pepper, and season to taste with a small amount of brown sugar. Rinse the pork loin, pat it dry, transfer it to the marinade, and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Drain the marinated meat, then grill it on a preheated grill for about 15 minutes on each side, basting frequently with the remaining marinade.
