Grilled Octopus

A departure from tradition, but a very tasty idea for the grill: pieces of octopus in a peri-peri sauce marinade.


  • Garlic cloves – 3 pieces
  • Ketchup – 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
  • Cooked octopus – 500 g
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Peri-Peri sauce – 3 tablespoons


Thaw the octopus and rinse it thoroughly. Cut it into smaller pieces.

Prepare the marinade by combining the ingredients: minced garlic, peri-peri sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, and ketchup. Pour the marinade over the octopus and mix well. Let it marinate in a cool place for at least 2 hours.

Grill on a preheated grill, preferably on a special grill tray.
