A delicious salmon tartare with the addition of avocado. You simply must try this.
Ingredients
- Salmon fillet: 600 g
- Avocado: 1 piece
- Soy sauce: 40 ml
- Olive oil: 40 ml
- Horseradish: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon: 1 piece
- Onion: 1.5 pieces
- Salt
Preparation
- Fillet the salmon and remove the skin. Use tweezers to remove any possible bones.
- Finely chop the fish and transfer it to a bowl.
- Peel and finely dice the onion. Add it to the salmon.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, horseradish, olive oil, and salt. Pour the mixture over the fish and onion, and mix well.
- Season the tartare with a bit more salt to taste.
- Peel and dice the avocado into small pieces. Sprinkle lemon juice over it to prevent discoloration.
- Using a mold, arrange the tartare on a plate, gently press it down, top with a layer of avocado, and garnish with sprouts.
