Pasta Sauce

A blend of ripe tomatoes, crunchy peppers and aromatic herbs, it’s a zesty condiment that’s as healthy as it is delicious. Quick to prepare, it’s perfect for a light, nutritious pasta dish that’s bursting with natural flavours.


  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped green peppers
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 ½ teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ⅛ teaspoon dried rosemary

Method of preparation:

In a food processor or blender, puree the chopped tomatoes, seeds and juice included.

Transfer the pureed tomatoes to a bowl or lidded container.

Stir in the chopped green pepper, onion, lime juice, minced garlic, sea salt, oregano and rosemary.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
