Method of preparation:
Prepare the cauliflower: Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and chop into small pieces.
Make the cauliflower rice: Place the pieces in a food processor and pulse until the cauliflower resembles rice grains. If you don’t have a food processor, you can use a grater.
