Ingredients

- Eggs – 4
- Capers – 1 tablespoon
- Pickled cucumber – 1
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Porcini mushrooms – 100 g

- Shallot – 1
- Worcestershire sauce – 1 teaspoon
- Beef tartare – 200 g
Preparation
Finely dice the shallot, mushrooms, cucumber, and capers. In a bowl, mix the beef with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil.
