Vegan Chocolate Chia Dessert

Plant-based beverages are a great base for preparing nutritious and delicious vegan desserts. Utilize soy milk, chia seeds, and chocolate to sweeten your day healthily!


  • Blueberries, 100 g
  • Dark chocolate, 70 g
  • Almonds, 30 g
  • Soy milk, 450 ml
  • Chia seeds, 5 tablespoons
  • Agave syrup, 2 teaspoons
  • Fresh mint, 2 g


Step 1: Prepare the Dessert Base Mix soy milk with chia seeds in a bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours, preferably overnight.

Step 2: Prepare the Dessert Add agave syrup to the dessert base. Mix well. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler. Let it cool, then add it to the dessert base. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3: Serve the Dessert Transfer the chocolate chia dessert into jars and decorate the top with blueberries, chopped almonds, and mint leaves.
