Fish and caviar, the perfect combination.
Ingredients
- Smoked salmon 150g
- Caviar 4 tablespoons
- Avocado 1 piece
- Cucumber 1/2 piece
- Lemon juice 2-3 tablespoons
- Dill 2 tablespoons
- Cream cheese 4 tablespoons
- Olive oil 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Soy sauce
Preparation
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. Score the flesh into a grid and remove it with a spoon. Finely chop it, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt. Wash the cucumber and grate it using a grater with large holes. Season with salt and set aside. Finely chop the dill. Drain excess water from the cucumbers, add dill and olive oil. Mix well.
Place rings on plates. Layer the avocado on the bottom, then the smoked salmon, drizzle with lemon juice, and add cucumber on top of the salmon. Place another layer of salmon on top of the cucumber, followed by a dollop of creamy cheese. Finally, add the caviar on top. Garnish with dill and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate before serving. Before serving, drizzle with soy sauce and remove the rings.
