An original idea for smoked salmon – delicate tartare served with marinated mushrooms, horseradish, and soy sauce.
Ingredients
- Spring onion – 1
- Grated horseradish – 1 teaspoon
- Fresh dill – 25 g
- Smoked salmon – 250 g
- Marinated mushrooms – 100 g
- Pickled cucumber – 1
- Olive oil – 0.5 teaspoon
- Black pepper – a pinch
- Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
Preparation
Finely chop the salmon, cucumber, onion, and marinated mushrooms. Mix them together. Season with olive oil, horseradish, soy sauce, and black pepper.
Serve garnished with chopped dill.
