- Cauliflower: 150 g

- Tahini paste: 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Ground coriander: 0.25 teaspoon

Serving:
- Hummus: 80 g
- Fresh edamame beans: 50 g
- Fresh cilantro: 1 tablespoon
- Cherry tomatoes: 100 g
- Pumpkin seeds: 1 tablespoon
Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the Patty Mixture Dry roast the seed and nut mix on a skillet. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add the remaining ingredients, including the roasted seeds and nuts. Process until a uniform mixture forms.
