Ingredients
- Norwegian salmon fillet 200g
- Shallot 4 pieces
- Capers 10 pieces
- Lemon juice 1/2 piece
- Olive oil 4 tablespoons
- Salt
- Baguette 1 piece
- Black caviar 12 teaspoons
- Smoked salmon 1 fillet
- Quail eggs 6 pieces
Preparation
Finely chop the salmon fillets into small cubes, add chopped shallots, capers, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix everything thoroughly, season to taste with salt and pepper, then refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Serve the prepared tartare with arugula, white baguette, and halved quail eggs with caviar.
