Tuna Tartare with Green Olives

A slightly more savory version of tuna tartare with the addition of green olives.


  • Tuna chunks in oil 1 can
  • Green olives 10 pieces
  • Mustard 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • Green peppercorns 10 pieces
  • Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Cucumber 1 piece


I used pitted green olives and canned tuna in oil. Chop the ingredients and layer them in a ring mold. Make small appetizers out of them. For the sauce, mix mustard, white vinegar, rapeseed oil, and a few green peppercorns. You can use the oil from the tuna can for the sauce.

If possible, replace the canned meat with fresh.

With the listed ingredients, you can make: one large tartare or 2 medium ones or 4-5 tiny ones. It all depends on the size of the ring mold.
