Mushroom Sauce

An aromatic mushroom sauce with onions, garlic, and cream, perfect for serving with your favorite piece of meat or pasta.


  • Mushrooms – 400 g
  • Onion – 1 piece
  • Butter – 4 tablespoons
  • Garlic clove – 2 pieces
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • 30% cream – 60 ml
  • Parsley – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – 2 pinches
  • Black pepper – 1 pinch


Step 1: Sauté Onion and Garlic Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan. Sauté the ingredients until the onion becomes translucent, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Step 2: Fry the Mushrooms Clean and dry the mushrooms thoroughly. Add them to the pan with the onion and garlic and cook over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes until they become tender.

Step 3: Cook the Sauce Gradually pour cream into the sautéed mushrooms. Finely chop the parsley and add it to the sauce. Cook the mixture for about 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
