Miniature Salmon Tartare

  • Smoked salmon slices 1 package
  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Cream cheese (such as Philadelphia) 1 package
  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • Ground lemon pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon


Dice the salmon slices and avocado into small cubes. For the avocado, mix in lemon juice, salt, lemon pepper, and a few drops of olive oil.

Take a small ring mold and layer it with: salmon, cream cheese, avocado.
