Grilled pork loin with peach salsa

An unusual combination of onion, peach, and spices is a delicious addition to crispy pieces of grilled meat.


  • Peaches – 2 pieces
  • Red onion – 0.5 piece
  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Honey – 1 tablespoon
  • Hot paprika – 1 pinch
  • Pork loin – 360 g
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Cayenne pepper – 1 pinch


Slice the onion into rings, transfer to a bowl, and cover with very cold water. After 10 minutes, drain the water, leaving the onion in the bowl. Add sliced peaches, honey, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to taste to the bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Season the pork loin with hot paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill on both sides until the meat is browned (for about 5-6 minutes on each side). Transfer to plates and serve with the onion-peach salsa.
