Stuffed feta

A unique proposition for a grill party: feta cheese in a completely new edition, tantalizing with the aroma of artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives.


  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Marjoram – 1 teaspoon
  • Green olives – 75 g
  • Sun-dried tomatoes – 75 g
  • Feta cheese – 400 g
  • Artichoke hearts – 150 g
  • Garlic cloves – 2


Drain and finely chop the artichokes, tomatoes, and olives. Peel and press the garlic cloves. Mix with marjoram.

Drain the feta cheese and first cut it in half crosswise, then each half into 2 slices. Place the bottom slices on 4 pieces of aluminum foil. Spread the mixture obtained earlier on them and season with pepper. Cover with the top slices, pressing lightly. Wrap each portion tightly in foil and grill on a preheated grill for 15-20 minutes until the cheese softens.
