Grilled meatballs on skewers – a delicious and simple way to enjoy something different from the grill. This dish is inspired by Turkish cuisine.
Ingredients
- Ground beef and pork mixture: 500 grams
- Water: 80 milliliters
- Oil: 80 milliliters
- Coarse iodized sea salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Sweet paprika powder: 2 tablespoons
- Red onion: 1 piece
- Fresh parsley: 1 bunch
Preparation
- Prepare skewers for kebabs – soak them in water to prevent them from burning on the grill and to prevent the meat from sticking to the wood.
- Mix the ground meat with water. Add oil.
- Finely chop the onion and parsley.
- Mix all the ingredients with the meat and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Shape the meat into cylinders on the skewers by pressing it along the length. Grill, turning frequently, until cooked.
