Grilled Camembert with Cranberry Sauce

A recipe for grilled camembert with cranberry sauce is a delightful meat-free dish from the grill! The melting cheese and slightly tangy cranberries make a perfect duo!

  • Camembert cheese: 1 piece
  • Oil: 100 milliliters
  • Herb Grill Seasoning: 4 teaspoons
  • Walnuts: 1 large handful

  • Brown sugar: 180 grams
  • Cranberries: 350 grams
  • Water: 250 milliliters

  • Fine iodized sea salt
  • Ground black pepper

  1. Mix oil with Prymat Herb Grill Seasoning and coat the cheese in it. Be thorough, ensuring to cover the edges of the cheese. Then wrap it in foil and leave it for an hour.
  2. Meanwhile, pour water into a saucepan and add brown sugar. Place the saucepan on the heat, bring to a boil, and add the washed cranberries. Cook until the cranberries soften and slightly break down.
  3. Reduce the heat and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with pepper and salt at the end.
  4. Place the cheese wrapped in foil on the grill. Grill for 5 to 10 minutes on each side. Serve with cranberry sauce, walnuts, baguette, and vegetable salad.
