Green salad

A green feast not only for the eyes: delicious, light salad with pear, avocado, and grapes seduces with its appearance and taste!

Ingredients

  • Green olives – 45 g
  • Avocado – 1 piece
  • Cucumber – 1 piece
  • Iceberg lettuce – 1 piece
  • Pear – 2 pieces
  • Fresh coriander – 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella – 100 g
  • Parsley – 5 g
  • White grapes – 70 g

Honey mustard vinaigrette:

  • Honey – 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil – 5 tablespoons
  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Preparation

Cut the green grapes in half, peel and slice the avocado, and drizzle with lemon juice. Also, slice the green pears and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Mix all salad ingredients and arrange them on a plate. Mix or blend the ingredients of the dressing thoroughly. Drizzle the salad with vinaigrette.
