Ingredients
- Beef chuck 650g
- Pickled cucumber 3 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Egg yolks 3 pieces
- Rapeseed oil 4 tablespoons
- Liquid seasoning (e.g., Maggi) 3 tablespoons
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Thoroughly wash the beef, pat it dry, and grind it using a meat grinder.
- Transfer the meat to a bowl, add the egg yolks, oil, liquid seasoning, and mix everything until smooth, season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Finely chop the pickled cucumbers and onion.
- Shape the beef mixture into small balls, arrange them on a platter, and surround them with chopped onion and pickled cucumber.
