All you need are potatoes, fresh trout, and vegetables to have an incredibly tasty dish on your table.
Ingredients
- Onion – 1 piece
- Red chili pepper – 1 piece
- Fresh rainbow trout fillet – 4 pieces
- Potatoes – 7 pieces
- Garlic cloves – 3 pieces
- Butter – 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper – a pinch
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – a pinch
- Fresh dill – 12.5 g
- Parsley – 10 g
- Dried thyme – 1 teaspoon
Preparation
Cut the potatoes into chunks or thick slices. Mix them with sliced garlic, olive oil, thinly sliced onion, chopped parsley, finely chopped chili pepper, thyme, and salt. Put them in a baking dish or ovenproof dish and place them in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Wash the fish, pat dry, rub with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix soft butter with chopped dill and spread inside each fish.
When the potatoes start to brown, place the fish on top of them and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
