Ingredients
- Gorgonzola cheese – 50 g
- Bacon slices – 100 g
- Dried prunes – 60 g
Preparation
Step 1: Wrap the prune and cheese in bacon Cut the bacon slices in half and lay them on a cutting board in a cross shape. Place one prune in the center of each cross, and on top of it, a little Gorgonzola cheese. Roll up each bacon slice towards the center, enclosing the prune and cheese, and secure with a toothpick.
Step 2: Bake the snacks Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20 minutes.
