Crostini with Pears, Gorgonzola Cheese, Honey, and Walnuts

Crunchy and aromatic crostini with gorgonzola cheese and pear will sweeten your autumn evenings. Try this combination and discover how delicious it is!


  • Rustic bread – 1 loaf
  • Pear – 4
  • Honey – 4 tablespoons
  • Olive oil – 4 tablespoons
  • Walnuts – 2 handfuls
  • Gorgonzola cheese – 100 g


Step 1: Slice and Toast the Bread Slice the bread into pieces, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and drizzle with olive oil. Put them in a preheated oven for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Layer Pears and Cheese on the Slices Remove the bread from the oven and spread gorgonzola cheese on each slice. Then layer thinly sliced pears on top and delicately add more cheese on the top. Sprinkle with walnuts.

Step 3: Bake the Slices with Toppings Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (with the grill function) for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts and starts bubbling, and the walnuts are golden brown. Before serving, drizzle with honey.
