Ingredients
- Smoked salmon 100g
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Chives 1/2 bunch
- Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
- Parsley 1 teaspoon
- Pepper, a pinch
- Green cucumber 1 piece
- Red bell pepper 1 slice
Preparation
Boil the eggs until hard-boiled and let them cool. Dice the smoked salmon into small cubes. Do the same with the vegetables and eggs. Mix everything together, season with pepper, parsley, and lemon juice.
