Inspired by Spanish flavors, delicious tapas with unique salchichon sausage are a great idea for party snacks.
Ingredients
- Zucchini – 0.3 pieces
- Olive Oil – 1 teaspoon
- Red Bell Pepper – 0.25 pieces
- Salt – a pinch
- Black Pepper – a pinch
- Salchichon – 8 slices
Preparation
Step 1: Fry the Zucchini Cut the zucchini into 8 sticks. Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the zucchini until golden brown, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2: Assemble the Tapas Wrap each fried zucchini stick with a slice of salchichon and secure it with a toothpick to prevent it from unfolding.
