Vegetable skewers are a versatile snack for the grill, not only for vegetarians. Grilled vegetables also work great as a side dish for meat or creamy dips.
Ingredients:
- Zucchini: 1 piece
- Mushrooms: 6 pieces
- Red bell pepper: 1 piece
- White onion: 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes: 150 g
- Fine-grained iodized sea salt: to taste
- Salad dressing, sauce, and dip seasoning: 3-4 teaspoons
- Oil: 1-2 tablespoons
- Chili: 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
Wash the vegetables. If the mushrooms are large, halve them. Cut the bell pepper into large squares, slice the zucchini into thicker slices. Peel and quarter the onion, separating 2-3 layers.
Prepare 9-10 wooden skewers, thread the vegetables onto them alternately, leaving the ends free. Season the vegetables with spices and drizzle with oil. Grill on aluminum trays to prevent them from burning excessively.
