Apple, Pineapple, and Spinach Smoothie

Looking for a healthy snack idea? Smoothies are an easy and quick way to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into our diet. They are a true vitamin bomb!


  • Fresh spinach: 28 g (1 cup)
  • Apple: 1 piece (about 226 g)
  • Pineapple: 120 g (about 1 and 1/2 slices)
  • Lemon juice: 18 ml (2 tablespoons)
  • Pumpkin seeds: 10 g (1 tablespoon)
  • Powdered barley grass: 11 g (1 tablespoon)


  1. Wash, peel, and chop the fruits.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
