Smoothie bowl with mango and bananas

  • Bananas – 2
  • Low-fat cottage cheese – 250 g
  • Mango – 300 g
  • Agave syrup – 2 tablespoons


  • Almonds – 2 tablespoons
  • Blueberries – 100 g
  • Peanut butter – 3 teaspoons
  • Chia seeds – 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut flakes – 4 tablespoons


Peel and chop the bananas into large pieces. Put them in a blender with mango, cottage cheese, and agave syrup. Blend for about 1 minute. Rinse the blueberries, wash them, and pat them dry.

Transfer the smoothie into two bowls. Garnish with blueberries, coconut flakes, almonds, chia seeds, and peanut butter.
