Ingredients
- Bananas – 2
- Low-fat cottage cheese – 250 g
- Mango – 300 g
- Agave syrup – 2 tablespoons
Additionally
- Almonds – 2 tablespoons
- Blueberries – 100 g
- Peanut butter – 3 teaspoons
- Chia seeds – 2 tablespoons
- Coconut flakes – 4 tablespoons
Preparation
Peel and chop the bananas into large pieces. Put them in a blender with mango, cottage cheese, and agave syrup. Blend for about 1 minute. Rinse the blueberries, wash them, and pat them dry.
Transfer the smoothie into two bowls. Garnish with blueberries, coconut flakes, almonds, chia seeds, and peanut butter.
