Smoked Salmon and Avocado Tartare

Avocado and salmon are an excellent combination of flavors that will take you on an unforgettable culinary journey.

Ingredients

  • Smoked salmon slices 200 g
  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
  • Fresh chopped dill 2 tablespoons
  • Ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the smoked salmon, mix with chopped dill, drizzle with lemon juice, season with black pepper, and mix well.
  2. Dice the avocado into small cubes and also drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. In a metal ring mold, layer alternately with smoked salmon and avocado.
