Salmon Tartare with Avocado and Lime

A very quick and easy appetizer to prepare. Instead of traditional beef for tartare, salmon fillet works wonderfully. For added variety, include the delicate flavor of avocado and the bold taste of spring onions.

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet 140 grams
  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Spring onion with chives 2 pieces
  • Lime 1 piece
  • Ground black pepper 3 pinches
  • Rapeseed oil 1 tablespoon

Preparation

Finely chop the salmon fillet. Dice the avocado into small cubes, transfer to a bowl, drizzle with lime juice, and add rapeseed oil. Slice the spring onions.

Place a dessert ring on a plate. Fill it with avocado and gently press it down. Then add the salmon and gently press it down as well. Remove the ring.

Top with spring onions and serve with a lime wedge on the side.
