- Zucchini
- Black olives – 45 g
- Black pepper – 1 pinch
- Red tomato – 1 piece
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon

- Ciabatta bread – 1 piece

Preparation
- Slice the ciabatta lengthwise.
- Slice the vegetables: eggplant, zucchini, tomato, onion rings, and garlic, then grill them on a grill pan.
- Cut the olives into strips.
