Omlet with Asparagus and Edamame Beans

  • Green asparagus: 80 g
  • Fresh edamame beans: 60 g
  • Eggs: 2
  • Fresh basil: 5 g
  • Chives: 5 g
  • Olive oil: 5 g
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Black pepper: 1 pinch


Step 1: Cook the Vegetables Slice the asparagus into rounds, cook with the edamame beans in salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain. Set aside two tablespoons of vegetables for decorating the omelet.
