- Fresh ginger – 2 pieces

- Ground turmeric – 1 pinch
- Lime – 1 piece
- Salmon fillet, skinless – 2 pieces
- Butter – 30 g
- Parsley – 20 g
- Olive oil – 20 ml
- Red bell pepper – 1 piece
- Green bell pepper – 1 piece
- Yellow bell pepper – 1 piece
- Red tomato – 5 pieces
- Basmati rice – 200 g
- Yellow curry paste – 400 g
- Salt – 1 pinch
- 30% cream – 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1: Sautéing the Spices Indian-style Salmon – Sautéing the spices
In heated olive oil, sauté finely chopped garlic and grated ginger. Add a pinch of whole cumin.
Step 2: Simmering the Sauce Ingredients Then, add chopped onions and peeled tomatoes. Sauté all the ingredients. Pour in curry sauce, tikka masala, or korma. Season to taste with salt, pepper, turmeric, and curry.

Dice the bell peppers into large pieces and add them to the sauce.
