Recipe for a homemade casserole with mushrooms and yellow cheese. A baguette casserole with lots of mushrooms, cheese, and ketchup.
Ingredients
- Baguette, 2 pieces
- Butter, 2 tablespoons
- Mushrooms, 500 grams
- Yellow cheese, 300 grams
- Ketchup, a few tablespoons
- Fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons
- Coarse sea salt, to taste
- Sweet paprika, 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation
Cut the 2 long baguettes into 3 parts each, then slice them lengthwise to get 12 portions. Lightly butter the edges of each portion.
Slice the mushrooms and sauté them in a pan with a tablespoon of butter, seasoning with salt and paprika.
Generously spread the sautéed mushrooms onto the prepared baguettes, then sprinkle with grated yellow cheese.
Bake everything in the oven for 8 minutes at 180°C.
After baking, decorate with ketchup and fresh parsley. Enjoy hot. Bon appétit.
