Ingredients:
- prawns (as many as you like, peeled and deveined)
- butter (melted, for brushing)

Method of preparation:
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with your choice of seasonings until well coated.
In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter with a squeeze of lemon juice.
Thread the prawns onto skewers if you have them. Place the prawns on the barbecue and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until opaque and slightly charred.
During the last minute of grilling, baste the prawns with the butter and lemon mixture.
